I spoke with Tammy, from the cruise reservation department, and she was an absolute joy to speak with. Tammy explained all of the details of several cruises I was interested in and even returned my call after her working hours because I accidentally disconnected the call. Tammy was very kind and patient and advised that I could call her as many times needed to book future cruise.

We received the accommodations we were expecting and the hotel met our expectations. We were upgraded to a better room because we told the front desk clerk that we were celebrating an anniversary.
The package was an incredible value and the customer service Reps were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I never had a doubt that it would not be a great experience. Now I cannot wait to go to the resort in a couple of weeks and then I will have another comment. Hopefully it will be a great experience also.
Very good value and available destinations that are close enough for us to drive to plus the added cruise, and I have never been on one before. I can't wait!
